Independent travel helpdesk, not a tour operator.
China Travel Helpdesk publishes practical setup guides for first-time travelers who need clear answers on payments, apps, trains, hotels, routes, and first-day logistics.
The site is maintained as an editorial helpdesk. We do not present ourselves as a government source, embassy, airline, hospital, insurer, or licensed package-travel seller.
We update pages when payment flows, entry rules, transport details, or booking friction change. Policy-sensitive pages should always be cross-checked against official sources before travel.
What we do
- Turn recurring traveler questions into short, text-first guides.
- Show backup plans when payment, booking, or route assumptions can break.
- Link to primary sources for policy, rail, hotel, and entry-sensitive topics.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee visa outcomes, entry permission, hotel acceptance, or payment success.
- We do not provide legal, medical, insurance, or emergency-response advice.
- We do not claim to replace official guidance or licensed providers.
Editorial policy
Each guide should answer a real traveler question, show the last update date when relevant, and surface sources when the content depends on rules or platform behavior.
